We Ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat rate of $60, regardless of box size. Prior to shipping, all fish are placed in a 24-48 hour quarantine period. During this time, we carefully observe their health to ensure they are in optimal condition. Feeding is paused to clear their digestive systems, minimizing waste and maintaining clean water in the transport bags. This process helps ensure the fish arrive healthy and stress-free.

We prioritize the safety of your fish during shipping. Orders are carefully packed in insulated boxes with aquarium water and filled with pure oxygen. Heat or cool packs are included at no extra charge when weather conditions require them.

Before your fish arrive, research their specific care requirements to ensure their new home meets their needs. A fully cycled, healthy aquarium is crucial for their well-being.

We strongly recommend setting up a separate quarantine tank to acclimate your fish to your water conditions and monitor their health. Quarantining helps confirm your new fish are free of parasites or diseases, protecting both them and your existing tank inhabitants.
How do I acclimate my fish upon arrival?

Dim or turn off your aquarium lights to minimize stress.

Float the sealed bags in your tank for 20-30 minutes to match the water temperature.

Open the bag and gently pour some aquarium water into the bag. (not much, this will help your fish get used to your tank)

After about another 10 minutes, gently pour your fish and water into a net over a bucket then swiftly transfer the fish from the net into your quarantine tank or main aquarium.
5. If Bag has no air in it skip step 2 and insert fish into your tank.
